This fruity smoothie is full of vitamins, sharp and refreshing in flavour.

  • 200g rasperries frozen or fresh
  • 100g strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 50g grapes
  • 2 apples peeled and sliced
  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbs whole milk
  • 2-3 tbs honey

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
