What are the delivery areas and delivery days?

What time do I get my deliveries?
All doorstep deliveries are made in the morning by 7am.
The supply to independent businesses is agreed individually and depending on the business opening hours. For any delivery inquires shops, cafes, restaurants please contact us on email@example.com
How do I pay?
We create the invoices at the beginning of the month for the previous months deliveries.
The invoice will be emailed to you or can be printed and delivered with your order. The last payment due date for the deliveries is 30 days after receiving your monthly invoice.
Your monthly invoice can be paid:
- By Card on our website – it is a quick and easy way for you to go online and make a payment towards the balance on your account. Your balance will be updated immediately.
- By Bacs transfer – our bank details are located at the bottom of your monthly invoice. Please note if you pay by Bacs transfer, it can take 1-2 days to update the balance on your account.
- Direct debit – we can set it up for you, please do ask for the mandate form if you prefer this payment option.
- Cheque - payable to Mead Farm Foods Ltd
Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, products with the date after their ‘use by date’ and ‘best before date’ are not eligible for a refund.
If our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away (within 48 hours) and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its ‘use by date’ or we will issue refund within 7 calendar days of the delivery.

What are the delivery charges?
All deliveries are free of charge within our delivery areas.
Is there any minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity or value within our delivery areas. There is no commitment and our service is flexible.
Regular orders are a simple way to get the products delivered to your doors on an ongoing basis. To set one up, just please choose your favourite products and the days on which you’d like to have them delivered regularly.
Alternatively, you can set up a one-off order for any produce.

How can I change my address?
Please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to change your address on your account. We always need to check if we deliver to your new address or may be we have a different delivery pattern in your new area.
